Mitsubishi reveal pricing for 2021 Eclipse Cross

Pricing and specifications for the 2021 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross have been revealed today, ahead of hitting showrooms in December. There’s a new look and more technology, but is it enough? 

Performance

A 1.5L turbocharged engine powers all grades. there’s also the option of front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. 110kW/250Nm is sent via a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).

 

Value for money

The Eclipse drinks 7.3L/100km or 7.7L/100km for AWD versions. For full pricing before on-roads see below.

Safety and technology

The full suite of safety features is not standard access the range. However the Eclipse Cross can be had with;

  • Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward
  • Collision Mitigation system, Lane
  • Departure Warning, Blind Spot
  • Warning with Lane Change Assist
  • Automatic High Beam

The 8-inch touch screen showcases an advanced navigation system. A deal was struck with “what3words” allowing for built-in offline navigation which is integrated in the TomTom satellite navigation system.

Although it’s likely most users will use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross goes on sale December 1.
